Hey guys, I have run into a problem where my Voice commands wouldn't work with my A7 Navigation. I have 3.8 Europe version installed with an American A7 SD card. Could it be the problem why voice commands for Nav is not working?

I drive an Ecoboost Mustang and have been looking to disable to double honk as well. Do you mind sharing how you did it?

Received my license couple hours ago. Had that installed. Changed the first bit from 0 to 4 in APIM and now it presents me with "please insert nav card" Bought an A7 card from eBay for 80 bucks and it is coming in 2 weeks. Edit: plugged in my card and navigation is working.

Sent my order in 2 hours ago. Still waiting for reply. Will keep you guys updated on this.

We should decompile the latest ETIS software again to see if there is any new method to obtain the license since they changed the link.

Bootloader issue. If you are using SGH-I317, then you could flash the 4.3 bootloader on the other post.

I shall try that, but I really think that it's the bootloader problem rather than the rom itself.

These files will only work on ATT's I317. Not n7150 nor I317M.

You could use the roms in the t-mobile note 2 section. The only thing you have to pay attention to is that after you flash a rom there, make sure you flash the right modem for your variant. Sent from my SGH-I317M using Tapatalk 2

Nexus for latest software. If you have a nexus, you'd probably get addicted to mods. Note 2 for battery life and stability. Since there's not as much mods for the note 2, you'd just be using your phone like a regular person would. Sent from my SGH-I317M using Tapatalk 2

Yup. It's not clear why samsung is doing that, but the phones lock to the region of your sim card. So let's say that your first sim card used on the phone is from England, you won't be able to use the phone in America. Sent from my SGH-I317M using Tapatalk 2

I flashed a custom Rom through Odin (At which didn't work out because the format was different since it is for recovery to flash). I still have no clue how to fix it...

I wish I could've seen this thread earlier... My recovery broke earlier due to some random mod flashing, I couldn't boot, nor go into recovery, so I used Odin to flash Stock rom, but I think I flashed the wrong file, and now my phone can't use internal storage, connect to network at all...

Hello XDA fellas, Earlier, I was browsing in the S3 section, and someone has ported the S4 camera apk for S3, so without hesitation, I flashed it onto my phone. Immediately when I reboot, my phone wouldn't go past the boot animation, so I thought... Okay, I will just flash my nandroid backup...

+1. And his thread that got closed sounded more like a complaint about the lack of kernels rather than a contributing discussion. To OP, kernels are harder to build than roms, it's not surprising that you'll see less kernels than roms. To be honest, there are great kernels out there for this...
