Yes that happened to me as well. So i did the following: 1. Flashed 3.0 2. Booted the phone 3. On the lock screen booted to recovery and flashed 3.2 4. Profit :D

I had a bunch of issues when I installed layers. I did everything you mentioned and still NO JOY. So I went back to stock, unlocked bootloader, rooted, installed twrp and then installed CM13.

What ROM are you coming from? Have you tried going back to stock before trying to install CM13

CM builds are great. For a ROM that is not mature yet I do not have much complaints and its being used as my daily driver.

So right now my phone is set to send the CM team logs automatically. However my biggest concern right now with CM13 on my phone is battery life. It is terrible

I wanted this for the density. But CM team added that option in the second build

I used root explorer. It asked for root permission the first time. But when I try to change from read only to read write nothing happens. I am not worried. CM Team will fix that

No build.prop edit this is because root is no working yet. Strange I also tried doing this via ADB and it did not work
