I think it is fine. It didn't show any files in the file browser, phone is ~ just a few hundo MB. I was just concerned because I'm not used to having a toolkit do it for me.

i'm not sure how to fix it, but basically confirms you have 64gb. i read in the general section awhile ago that this was an issue with them flashing a 32gb files onto the 64 so nothing showed up right. go dig over tehre and maybe you'll find it. at least you know you have 64gb for sure now.

Apps use extensions to identify what files they should open, they do not mean that they can only open those files. So yes, just rename, open it with, and then pick your favorite video app.

Partition info, maybe from the play store.

Rename the extension of the video to something that isn't a video. e.g. .mpg to .bak use root explorer to open when you want to watch -> open with certain app.

There have also been threads about the partitions being flashed wrong. Could very well be a 64gb that shows up as a 32gb.

It is on VZW end. Nothing user-side can do. Won't ever happen unless VZW ends up actually getting the damn phone.

This isn't even remotely true and I've never seen any rumors referring to this, just questions about whether it would be or not because VZW/AT&T are really hard to deal with when it comes to bootloaders/ability to modify your device/root/etc. AT&T has it and pretty sure it is unlocked...

I think most people want TB just b/c they can freeze apps and it makes a great app manager. Really, backing up apps is good for switching roms, otherwise nandroids are slightly better since it retains all the widgets. So many widgets fail from restoring with TB :(

Chainfires methods require an unlocked bootloader. Very slim chance there will be an unlocked bootloader unless files are leaked on samsungs end

direct from samsung. only place you can get it and you have to act like you are a dev by filling out the form lol. if you want it, sell your phone, use the money to put towards it. will cost you around 400-500 total if you do it this way rather than the MSRP
