This happened to me once. Try to re-root the phone again then flash it.

I'm trying to flash the new 4.0.4 rom but I can't seem to get into ClockworkMod Recovery. I tried to in the preboot screen(held power and volumes) and selected Recovery and inside the Rom Manager app to Reboot into Recovery. I tried to click Flash Recovery and did a restore on a old backup(which...
