Hello! So this issue started about 2 weeks ago for me. Whenever I turn my wifi off, the phone will turn the wifi back on for 0.5-1.0 seconds then it will turn it back off. This happens nonstop. The issue persisted even when the phone was in safe mode and still continues even after 3 full factory...

Have you found the solution for this yet? I am currently looking for one.

Update: sent my device back last week and just got the following message from verizon: VZW FREE MSG: Thank you! The defective device you recently returned has been received by Verizon Wireless.

Did you ever get charged for your G3? How about getting notified that they accepted the return?

So I got a tier 2 tech support person who did enough digging to find the cracks are a known issue. He said he searched verizons private device forums. As in we cant see what they see. If you have this issue tell tech support to search "bezel" in their device forums. The post was made 11/19/14...

Anybody have any updates? I just noticed this on mine and have called both verizon and LG and neither one can find this to be a "known issue". I'm SOL unless I can get a rep who knows this issue. I need to send the phone in for an issue with the camera, but I cant at the risk of being charged...

So is LG making you send in your phone and be without it for a few days? If LG recognizes this as a "known issue" then Verizon will send me a replacement before I send my current phone back. Anyone have any luck with getting a replacement without having to send your phone in and be without it...

OP neopolotin75 post #11 I've had some issues with my LG G3. So are you saying that even after several replacement G3's, there is no chance that Verizon would send me a different phone(like the Note 4)? I have insurance if that matters. Thanks!

Are you saying they upgrade you to a new/different phone after 5 replacement devices fail you? Can you elaborate? Do you mean that if your next g3 doesnt work they will switch you to a note 4 or moto x or something?

Anybody have any updates on this issue? My G3 has been having some issues where it won't focus properly. Sometimes it works great but other times it takes pictures worst than my old motorola razr. Not only is the quality bad and the picture very fuzzy, the whole picture seems blurry like there...

Sorry about that. I'm not sure what I was thinking but I didnt realize you were on the new 11C and trying to downgrade to the old version(I'm guessing to get root back?). I havent tried that yet. Best of luck to you with that. I'm interested to see if anyone can find a way to make that work.

So are you saying that you went back to unrooted stock, took the update, and are still able to root via IORoot or Stump Root?

I finally got the update to go through. I had to reflash the tot file. Yes I did lose root and I knew that going in. But if you want the update today like I did, you can reflash to stock to get the update. The instructions are in the following link...

I just disabled some bloatware in the settings. I'm re-enabling them now. Then I'm going to try again. I'll post if anything works.

Err:0x1117008 I am rooted on stock rom. My G3 reboots to apply the update, thes says "err: 0x1117008". Is anyone else getting this?

The Verizon model is capable of wireless charging, you just have to but a wireless charging back or quick circle case to enable wireless charging.

Crashing Photosphere The camera crashes when I try to take a photosphere. But its only after I take several shots. I can get a photosphere of about 50degrees. But anything beyond that, the app just crashes
