No OTA, RUU has signature error 132 I have an HTC 10 unlocked, formerly rooted- but after getting tired of missing all the OTAs and not being able to use Android Pay, I installed Android 7 RUU and re-locked bootloader. I think I received one OTA like this (not sure if it was relocked or not)...

Anyone got a 1.96.617.2 system image so I can take the OTA? (I already mounted mine rw) Also, anyone know if this update fixes the recent Dirty Cow vulnerability?

redpoint had my problem pegged. Just had the wrong rom w/o the radio update I think. I needed to get the developer edition from here. After applying it, I could put ARHD back on and all was good. It's been awhile, but that's how I roughly remember it.

So thanks redpoint for the advice- Dev edition RUU installed just fine, and updated my radio and hboot as I had hoped. I go to restore ARHD, and it fails though... even fresh install of ARHD fails with some symlink error. I think after reading up on it that this is due to partition resizing...

I'm s-off. Just don't know how to get back so I can use arhd.

So I'm in the same boat- installed GPE on my AT&T M8 to get the radio update so ARHD would work properly (LTE previously wouldn't take incoming calls). Anyway- that seemed to work for the LTE issue, then discovered I couldn't restore my ARHD image backup. Couldn't install ARHD from it's zip...

Thanks Redpoint- I hadn't considered that and am also shy to using the Dev RUU due to brick risk but will reassess that. (I have to convert my device to GPE to put that on don't I?) I recall some warnings about bricking if I change the ID of my phone and apply the wrong RUU or something- but...

Same situation here I think... stock rom (never changed it yet), rooted, unlocked, s-off. Downloaded OTA then realized I needed to flash original recovery back. Did that, now AT&T sw update is of course telling me to wait 24 hours to check again. Any way around that?

Wait- unroot is necessary to take OTA? I'm s-off, unlock, rooted, etc. I'm assuming I just have to flash back the standard recovery.
