Did you do a clean flash from oos to the 10/21 build? Or did you do a dirty flash from the previous build to this one? If you did a dirty flash it is probably due to the rom "instability" and you need to do a clean flash

Did you flash magisk from twrp or did you use the boot.img method? If you used the boot.img method, you probably flashed a wrong boot.img or a previous build boot.img
