Yes you are right. However, Pixel Experience (PE) needs oos vendor image too which is not present in the payload.bin of PE. So either you extract it from oos rom zip and flash it while flashing other partition images or you flash oos altogether on both the partitions.

As per my knowledge, there is an anti-rollback check that prevents from downgrading. I have also read somewhere that this might lead to bricking the phone, that can then only be restored using EDL method. Kindly correct me if you have successfully downgraded using mi flash with a locked bootloader.

Previously I was on the nougat 4.5.14 build and every once in a while, I was experiencing random reboots. Yesterday, I clean flashed the oreo LB02 build and again getting the reboots. Any one else having random reboots? Can this be resolved on my end?

Camera Force-closing I clean installed the rom (CM13 2016.06.03) with bankgapps. The camera app can't connect to the camera and then force-closes. Its the same with any 3rd party camera app. Kindly help!!!!
