Not every application can be moved. Some of them, you can. On a different note, why would you want to move the apps to SD? You get around 6 GB(on 8 GB version) for only apps. Isn't that sufficient enough? :p

Do a clean flash of the ROM, i.e. Go to recovery, Factory Reset, FORMAT System, Data, Cache, Dalvik/ART cache, then flash the ROM again. Also make sure this doesn't happen when you're on your base ROM, because whatever doesn't work on your base won't work on custom either. Hit thanks if it helps.

You need to be on Arifan beta 5 lollipop base with TWRP to flash this ROM.

It depends which custom ROM you want on your phone. Most of the custom roms here require wiko base and some require arifan beta 5 base. Make your choice and flash accordingly. :)
