Not sure about this to be honest. If you could update to 378 using DLOAD then this is the same so the answer is yes, in that case.

This is fixed in the soon to be released B383. I experienced it twice but most recently refused to do a hard reset AGAIN unless i absolutely needed to get into Mobile network settings (so was still crashing) Just updated to B383 without hard reset and it's fixed.

I was on C432 with B361. It was OTA so might not be a patch for 360 yet. Hasn't fixed Device Policy anyway ?. Still can't sign into work Google Apps account without complaints that the device is unencrypted.

Is it closing WhatsApp when the screen turns off? I did notice once that WhatsApp was open with WiFi on and messages weren't even going out until I went into Contacts and hit refresh (what I always do to force WhatsApp to retry to connect to the internet). But it was just a once off.

Try clearing contacts data. Fixed it for me. Not sure if you need to clear "Contacts" or "Contacts storage". I did both and one of them obviously fixed it.
