It has to do with Nova launcher. That I am sure of. But I have not found a solution. It works fine when I use stock launcher (TouchWiz) but when I enable Nova the LED indicator does not work. When I get a notification it does not blink or anything. How do I make it work?

I have stated my usage in my original post for a reason. It helps to determine what storage option is best for me. I already said that I don't store music or movies but you posted saying the larger storage option is better because music, movies, and books take a lot of space.

I'm not like you. I don't put content like music, movies, books, etc. on my phone. And I never sell any of my stuff. Even the ones I don't use anymore. But IMO, I think 64GB will have a higher resale value since it has always been the most popular storage option for every device.

Is there a button that I should click to safely eject the HTC One when I want to disconnect it from HTC Sync Manager? I just pull off the USB from my phone as I don't see any button that says Eject, I'm worried this will cause harm to the memory or something.

Oh I just discovered something. In Nova Settings where it says 'Select Default Home' I have it set to'Nova Launcher'. And when I change that and choose 'HTC Sense', my home screens go back to how they were, with BlinkFeed and everything.

So that's how it works? Ok. And if I want to go back to how my home screen was, how do I go about doing that? Plus, how do I bring back BlinkFeed? Every thing is so different now :D
