use this fastboot ROM to get back to OOS. I've used it multiple times and it works like a dream. Just be sure to read instructions carefully :)

No data is corrupted. Before doing this remove any screen lock (pin or swipe) and your data will not show up as encrypted anymore. It is twrp bug afaik.

Yes this is what I do now every time (except when I forget). It's a known bug in TWRP afaik.

Hmm I think I saw this today on my phone. I tried to connect to hotspot, then it disappeared (on network on my laptop). Switched hotspot off and on a few times, it didn't appear again. Changed to 2.4Ghz and it showed up on laptop and was able to connect. I'm on latest Beta OOS.

Latest Havoc ROM. I've just installed stock OOS and here it works fine so it seems to be a Havoc dependent error.
