I'm using CF Lumen, also by Chainfire. He's been working on various issues from the newest set of updates. Definitely could be related, if not the culprit; however I assume most people who are using CF Lumen are also using SuperSU, so we'll see if others have issues.

Strangely enough, I reinstalled Test-5 this morning just to see if it would affect video again; same setup as last time and rebooted after install. No issues with video now, tested the same websites / apps and everything seems fine. Not sure what happened before but it appears to be gone now.

As soon as I expand mine and let go, it snaps back to being unexpanded. I suspect that's what everyone else is experiencing. Makes it very difficult to press "reply" and what not. So difficult in fact that I haven't been able to press it yet before the notification collapses.
