Got it to work, mostly The screen wasn't in the right place, battery seems to be completely ****ed the cable end seems to still get really hot after a bit. Phone boots up but shuts down after a few seconds on the home screen.

In the middle of replacing my screen, turn it on to test it with only display connected and everything works. Then i connect everything else and it turns on for maybe about 0.5 seconds and the screen ribbon cabe metallic part gets really hot also, Please help me :(

The phone got knocked out, replaced display, started working but not for very long, replaced battery, works. But, there's a catch it's been recovering for about 24 hours now, what should I do? I have some important files on there :/
