I have a Sprint HTC One M8 HK Edition that is unlocked but S-On (I cannot get S-Off to work) so I cannot update my firmware. How do I get back to a ROM that will allow me to toggle Wi-Fi on?

I doubt this will ever include Paranoid Preferences since it is an unofficial build and that is closed source. I wonder, though, if installing Paranoid Preferences $3 app from the Play Store would work or not.

Very promising rom. Needs quite a bit of work but once the random bugs are squashed I'll run this for sure. Picture messaging and that nifty little wifi bug where once you turn it off you can't turn it back on without restarting.

Doesn't matter. Fact is, you've either got residual data or you've flashed something that installed a new boot animation. This is why when I "clean flash" roms I always always always wipe system.

Downloaded it, put it on my sdcard, booted my phone into recovery, installed the zip from my sd card and rebooted... Does that answer your question? Are you running a custom ROM, do you have a custom recovery? Are you AOSP or TouchWiz?

I saw this happen once if you're in the messaging app and attach a file directly from the camera. If you take the picture first and then go to the messaging app and attach it from the gallery it works perfectly.

Okay your Google account will backup your contacts, calendar, etc. The media files will be on your internal and external storage and won't be erased unless you erase it but you're more than welcome to backup on your PC if you'd like before rootingd and flashing a rom. As for your apps the best...

Extract it from the rom zip? If you still have the Blazer rom zip then open it up on your computer and extract the wallpaper from /system/app/ Then put the apk on your phone and move it to /system/app/ directory and make permissions match. ADB method: open command prompt and... adb remount adb...

The only way to learn is to try. And if you get stuck, we're here for you.

there isn't a real "Setting" for screenshots, though. You can't change the storage location from /Pictures/Screenshots without modifying the framework. Try a third party app. Sorry.

This can't be done with stock software, period. It could be done with a rooted phone with modified software, but it hasn't been done yet.
