    Post Android 10 Rooted Can't Edit build.prop

Thanks for posting this, it worked great on my Pixel XL on Sprint. I had about given up on being able to edit the build.prop.

    Post [ROM][Stock+][N6F26R-MOB31K]Prerooted-Debloated-Odex-Busybox-Fast & Stable

I just updated my post, but it's working now for reasons unknown to me. Thanks anyway for the suggestion.

    Post [ROM][Stock+][N6F26R-MOB31K]Prerooted-Debloated-Odex-Busybox-Fast & Stable

I've seen it referenced a few times in this thread, but haven't seen a definite solution. Has anyone got tethering working on Sprint? I'm using the NPD90G build. I've tried the usual tricks: net.tethering.noprovisioning=true in the build.prop ran "settings put global tether_dun_required 0"...

    Post wifi tether

Having issues making this work on Sprint. Tethering turns on and my laptop gets a valid IP after I edited the build.prop file, but I can't get out to the internet. Any suggestions?

Post [MODEM][JB 4.1.2][CWM][MD7][MG2] MD7/MG2 Modems in CWM Flashable Zip

I encountered the same issue on my Sprint Galaxy S3 running the CM11 7/28 nightly. It worked fine after flashing back to MK3.

Post [ROM][OFFICIAL] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds for d2spr

Same here. I have a Zerolemon battery, which used to get me close to 4 days of use, but I'm lucky to get a day and a half at this point.

Post [ROM][OFFICIAL] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds for d2spr

I have a 16GB model. I'm probably jinxing myself by saying this, but I did a clean install with the 7-2 nightly and it hasn't given me any issues so far. :fingers-crossed: I'll be sure to check the CPU speed if it does it again though.

Post [ROM][OFFICIAL] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds for d2spr

Has anyone experienced overheating issues? Over the last few months, if I do anything that taxes the CPU for more than 4 or 5 minutes such as navigation with the screen on or gaming, it gradually slows down so much that it becomes unresponsive. The screen and back of the phone become hot to the...

Seems to work fine on mine (dirty flashed 5/18).

Post [ROM][OFFICIAL] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds for d2spr

I've had the same issue with both CM11 and CM10.2. CM 10.1 seems to be the only rom that works reliably for me without reboots. When I was running CM11, I could make it reboot like clockwork at a certain point on my drive to work. It would always happen about a mile from my house while...

    Post [ROM][4.4][Beta][UNOFFICIAL][Updated 11/21/13]Cyanogemod 11 for D2SPR

It seems stable enough for me. I'm getting random reboots once or so a day, but it's no worse than previous builds. The only obvious thing I noticed in the 12/3 build is that there are added battery display options under Interface->Status Bar.

Post Discussion: other devices and upgrading

I'm anxious to see what the S5 will be like. Another part of me thinks I should just go with a Nexus device to always have the latest updates without dealing with unstable nightlies, etc...

Post **What phone should I buy next?** -- Not sure what device to buy? Ask here!

The Moto G might be a good choice. It's only $179. I can't comment on the loudness of the earpiece.

Post The Worst Android Device That You've Ever Had & Why

My Evo 3D was a decent phone for the first year, then the touchscreen started to malfunction (conveniently after the warranty ran out). I figured out that it was worse when the screen was hot, so it wasn't too bad if I kept it out of my pocket.

Post iBolt, first car holder with integrated charger

Not bad, but I'd just go with the Infuse dock. The build quality is really nice and you can get it cheap from AT&T when it's in stock.

This is exactly what I've been looking for. It's hard to find the stock notification bar without someone making a thousand other unwanted changes. Thanks man!
