Yes. It is a well known problem with the Kaiser. As soon as you touch the screen the graphics performance just falls of a cliff. Not much you can do about it apart from customizing your controls in such a way that you only use the keybord to play the game. Quake 1 runs perfectly.

ROM solution I had a similar problem. The way I solved it was to back everything from the device memory up (apart from the system files) using a backup application like SPB backup and then flash a new and efficient ROM (something like Dutty's 6.1hybrid v.2).
