    I had this same issue after OEM Unlock finished as I probably skipped a step. Not sure if you still are, or if even related.. FASTBOOT worked for me. fastboot flash (partition name) image.img for example: fastboot flash abl_a ablpiestock.img fastboot flash boot_a twrp.img Good luck.
