Thread [Solved]TWRP doesn't work after official Pie update- decryption password required

I use stock recovery and official miui global rom in my phone along with magisk root. Everytime a new update comes i restore stock images from magisk, then apply the update, then again boot into twrp (just boot), flash the magisk and done. That way i maintain the stock recovery, OS, and root as...

Post [All-In-One] Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 (whyred): Unlock BL, Flash TWRP, Root, Flash ROM

I talked twice to customer support (chat) today and they said unlocking the bootloader doesn't void the warranty. The only thing that makes the warranty void is installing a third party ROM. At first i couldn't believe it either since every other manufacturer doesn't allow unlocking while...

I talked to xiaomi customer care and they said that changing your recovery will void your warranty (doubt) that's why i want to keep my stock recovery intact. What do you say? I know that installing a custom rom voids warranty, but what about Custom Recovery?

I have over 200 apps in my phone. So there are a lot of apps that need to be 'greenified'. And I've noticed that if you go into developer settings and disable 'miui optimisations', then greenify works perfectly. But for the rest, even if the app is open in the background and you select the...

Post Greenify Auto Hibernation Not Working In Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Non Rooted With latest M

I'm on xiaomi redmi note 5 pro (india) with miui 10.0.1 0. I'm having the same issue that greenify is not at all able to click the force stop option in the app page in the settings. This renders greenify completely useless in my device, since hibernation isn't working at all. I've been using...

    Post Oneplus one in 2018?

Did you wipe your data partition before installing and setting up different ROMs? If not, next time whenever you try out a new OS, try it by wiping data partition as well. If you don't want to lose data when experimenting with different ROMs, take a twrp backup so you can go back in case you...

Yes As many people have mentioned, this device is one of the most active devices running LOS right now (visit LOS stats, I can't post external links ), also, Resurrection Remix Oreo ROM for bacon has one of the largest Downloads/week for the devices the RR oreo is offered for. Post Oneplus one in 2018?

If you're getting it for $90, it's a good deal I've been using bacon for about an year now, on RR nougat, just upgraded to RR Oreo a week back. It's a good experience. Only thing which you should worry about is battery life. If the battery is in good condition, it'll easily last you a day...
