That's pretty cool! Yeah the Bluetooth should work fine for most things, but what's being discussed now is higher quality Bluetooth, a special codec called 'aptx'. Bluetooth should work fine without it, but just standard quality only.

GPS works flawlessly for me. I always had issues with my note 1, but I've never had a GPS signal issue on stock CM11S.

I just use the "show pointer location" option in the developer options menu, shows that number of touches in the top right corner and I don't have to install any apps ;)

Looks like your running lollipop? Isn't that a feature in Chrome? That tabs appear as separate apps in the system wide task manager? Correct me if I'm wrong. If so, I have no idea what your problem is, but I haven't experienced it.
