Not working for me , clean flashed COS13. Also the package installer focre closes everytime i install a apk from file manager. Other apps work fine though.

On 28-12 build. Had a reboot and then constant bootloop even clearing cache didnt help. These bootloops are troubling me since first cm13 builds , back to COS12.1

no difference after touch firmware update. My phone feels the same as before after new update, happily never had the touch issues. Waiting for sunlight enhancement bug fix now,even Franco kernel has it sadly.
