    Thread Moto E3 (XT1700) QC diag interface

    Is there a way of enabling the Qualcomm Diag Interface on a Moto E3 (UK version - not E3 Power)? There's no option for BPTools in the bootloader and apps within the OS (Cellmapper and Network Signal Guru) can't access the interface either.
