This is for the Note 10+ (n975u and n975u1). Not sure if this works for any other Samsung phones. I'm running the latest firmware N975U1UEU3CTE7. P.s. Also works on the galaxy Note 8.

Why don't you guys just download "Another Call Recorder- ACR" by NLL and call it a day. It has been working for me on my non-rooted device on Android 9 and 10. I have the Note 10+ (SM-N975U1) variant and my carrier is MetroPCS. I did flash the csc file from T-Mobile to get native video calling...

Good thing, didn't have to wait for a backordered phone. Wish there were more options besides light black and dark black.

Hotspot notification...... user agent changer not working either.

Is this a question, or are you confirming that it works? I'm on metropcs and i get the "metropcs hotspot notification". Does anyone know of a way around this splash screen, as i can tell the internet is connected, just blocked.

Can I be let in on this method? The native tether toggle works, I just need to bypass the metro splash screen.

I fixed it. I just went all the way back to stock like when i got it out the box and rooted again. I am using MetroPCS even though it says TMB

There must be a difference between the ones that say font and the ones that don't. It only changes when I choose the ones that don't say font. Thanks though.

Do you know which folder these aod apks are installed in? I would like to try to uninstall and see what that does.

When i reinstall one that I have used before, it does not show up at all.

I installed multiple themes thinking I could toggle between them, but only the last one I initially installed shows. When I reinstall one on top of it, nothing changes. EX: I installed a, b, c, and d. Now it's stuck on d. I try to switch back to b by installing b again, but it's stuck on d...

Is there a way to switch to a different AOD background than the one I'm currently using? Tried clearing cache and restarting but the same background shows.

Ok, so I'm trying to change my carrier. On step 25 it says to put: echo "XXX" > /efs/imei/mps_code.dat . my line reads: echo "TMK" > /efs/imei/mps_code.dat . After I type Code; it says "Code: not found". If I continue past that, when I get to the next "Code;" it says " 'Code' is not recognized...

I am in the same situation with video calling feature not working. You did help me solve a problem I was having with the call recording feature though. I could not record because I was pasting the csc file in "System/omc/TMB" as this was a T-mobile Note 8. I'm guessing it was changed to XAA...

Ok, so even after the update it doesn't work for me. I'll try re-rooting and see if anything changes

No call recording icon where add call button is. It's the notification icon for the ACR call recorder apk. I'm using the stock dialer for calls. I've tried both csc files to no avail. Here are the latest screenshots with the tmb csc.

Update: So, I did not receive an update via email, but I decided to try the unlock app again today. My phone is now unlocked. So for anyone attempting to unlock their T-Mo Note 8, make sure the rep is using the IMEI request that doesn't require account information.
