can you describe your lock screen setup? Show some logcat log files if you really want help... at least describe the problem more because it is not affecting everyone so it's something particular to your setup only. I use the pattern lock and have had no problems, even before.

memory problems have been solved last two builds imo... I'm at 191 hours uptime average 1.2g memory and 18 apps last 3 hours..

can you show all zip files you are trying to flash? can you say twrp version too? you have flashed the xosp rom first? and this is after a factory reset ?

your doing it wrong... please google CM and root and learn how to enable and use root on your CM device. At least you should know how to use it, before you claim it's not working.

something wrong with the alarm; It will not work if the screen is off. It will only work one time after you wipe delvic and cache. If you reboot, or use the alarm once, it will not work anymore unless the screen is on. I use Timely, but I also tried the clock app that comes with the ROM. edit...

maybe you want the cross-development section or a section for porting apps. A ROM comes as the developer wishes... it's up to you to mod it further. Only have a day uptime floating around low 800s for memory. need more time to say 'running like a charm' ;)

how do you know about the ram leak... what app is leaking or how do you see it?? how can we help diag the random reboots?
