I was not able to get any data (2G/3G/4G) after trying various settings and resetting APN so I switched to the 1.1 Extreme ROM and everything is working great now. 4G/LTE speeds..

T-Mobile user here and everything thus far is working great. I was not able to get any data connection on the TMO specific 30b and 30xextreme ROMS but this ROM works like a dream. Super fast 4g/LTE.:good:

I am not sure what else to say... the c6502 does not have the hardware to support LTE, that's why it was $100 cheaper than the others when it was new and why I bought one. If someone proves that on a physical c6502 (I don't care what the About Phone screen says - mine says 6503 for whatever...

So even though every website says the 6502 has no LTE capability, flashing 6506 will enable it? This doesn't make sense Edit:per your other thread, you have a 6506 that's why you had 30mb dl. There is NO lte Hardware on 6502

Thanks however touching the notification doesn't do anything. Thinking back on it, I probably saw this menu the very first time and did not choose Power Off. Hopefully there is a setting somewhere that can be adjusted?

The only ones I see for C6502 are India and Malaysia. Won't this cause issues flashing on US phone?

Working silky smooth thank you for your help. Only issue I've noticed so far as I don't see a 'Close All' option when clicking the rightmost softkey (to bring up the screen showing all running Apps).

Similar question here as well. Unlocked bootloader, custom kernel, custom ROM. I imagine just flashing FTF is not going to fix everything? Do we re-lock bootloader via sony's website first?

What will happen if one flashes .253 over this ROM? It will go back to "Stock"? EDIT: I can guess what would happen actually after doing some research.. so obviously I will not flash :). Patiently awaiting FW update for this awesome ROM. (Hey you already did it for Xperia Z :) )

PC Companion nor FOTA are finding the update so I will wait for a kind soul to upload the FTF.:angel:

My phone doesn't have this issue, the wakeup time is almost immediate and is faster or on par with the phones you mention. This has been tested out of the box and rooted/unlocked bootloader/custom ROM. As far as the viewing angles go, why don't you visit one of e the 3095809385092385028365275829...

As you will see myself and another member had the same issue. The poster above you has mentioned to flash the baseband from.. Right now I've gone to different ROM personally until later release

here's a question.. ZL was rooted and was working with no issue. then I decided to unlock the bootloader using Sony Mobile's very easy guide. After unlocking, the phone did a whole factory reset (all data and settings are gone).. thoughts?

Hmm for me a simple 2 second long press on the phone number itself( after pressing edit as you mention) results in a pop-up with a selection to copy

It works for me in email and any other area with text available for selection. Long press will give you the ability to move the selections "controls" around how much text you want to select. Once selected, a few icons will pop-up (I know one is for Copy and another is for Find)

Still using old a/b/g wireless card in my laptop but otherwise I agree :D

Set router mode from mixed to G only to resolve the bad download speeds on ZL. What's interesting is the x10 has no issues with mixed mode.

Browsing is quite fast but downloads are dreadfully slow.

Doing some comparisons between ZL and my old X10 by downloading apps from the Play Store while connected to the same WiFi network. The X10 is downloading everything about 5x faster.. Same goes for loading/streaming flash videos in Dolphin browser (maybe that's a 4.1 issue). Anyone else noticing...
