So got OTA to nougat and TWRP 3.0.3-1_UNOFFICIAL flashed and installed the rom successfully. I noticed it states at the end of the install that first boot takes a while and to be patient. How long are we talking here? I'm going on probably 45 minutes now at the white HTC boot screen. Any ideas?

+1 on the bad contrast on the calendar app, very difficult to see certain fields. Also the contrast of the check boxes is bad too, dark blue check on a dark grey/black box. Other than that, this is still the best ROM I have every had on this phone.

Yep, I figured it out. The MicroSD card I was using it didn't like. I took the MicroSD out of my phone and used it and everything worked just fine. ROM is installing now. Thanks for the quick reply.

I got it to boot to recovery (had to remove the MicroSD card) but if I put it back in it still does not recognize it. Is there any other way to cop the rom over and install it without using the MicroSD?
