This version of ICs usb tether that is built in the Rom use to work with my phone. Now when I use it the WiFi gets turned off when I enable usb tethering.. I've had to resort to using easy tether pro which is total crap for speed compared to the stock usb tether built in android.. any clue what...

I updated to 4.2.2 OTA, used 4.0.0 tool kit to root originally and have no root.. the above ZIP link has been taken down by GOO manager.. anyone have a spare link to update the root tool kit? Please help -_-
