I already tested 12 myself from the first sheet and they all worked, I can't assure you if the second sheet works. I work in a technical department in a computers company, this file is actually leaked from T-Mobile, but I am not sure why there are only 1000~ device... or WHICH 1000 device they...- Futschki

Well unlike other solutions that suggest contacting T-Mobile to get unlock, here are all the unlock codes for the Dell Streak 7 based on IMEI: (Tested around 5 myself and they all work)- Futschki

Post so is there a stable ICS rom for SGS?
there's a nightly build from CyanogenMod, just released... seems stable with icyglitch kernel and GlitchOnDemand governor. (the GlitchAssV2 governor is making PowerAMP crash for some reason)- Futschki

Well yeah it would work, but I don't see why you'd stick to gingerbread or any stock rom while you can try custom ICS Rom ... my SGS is rocking one of those now and it's totally great :)- Futschki
