Where are you changing your region from? I'm located in the USA and trying to get the 9.0 update, but haven't been able to as of yet.

I Have a GT-I9023FSACNX (thats what written on the phones box, not exactly sure which region this falls under)....and I can confirm that the update worked on my phone...im using ICS right now, and its working perfectly.

I tried both of the methods to get delivery reports to work, but neither methods worked....My network does have delivery reports because when i use another phone they start working, so the network isnt an issue... could someone please help me out and give some advice on how to get this to work...
