Found a bug and the thread search feature is currently down, so I don't know if it's been reported, yet. When I use Google Voice typing and turn the screen off while the GV keyboard is still up I get a reboot. Happens pretty much every time. I believe this is with the market keyboard installed...

I'm using ART on my Nexus 5 and find it to be quite the boon, battery wise. Like use a phone SIM and make native calls and such? From what I can see, the radios are all there it's just a firmware thing. I'd love to get...

Does anyone know if this also applies to other Tracfone services on AT&T, like Straight Talk? I know ST never had a hard cap, but they would really clamp down on high data users.

Is it possible to root the Nexus 4 without the use of a computer? I recall something like Gingerbreak being out there a while back; haven't played with rooting and ROMs in a while, and I don't really have a good computer to use.

Chalk up one more person who had this issue due to Swift Key Flow. Installed that and I'm back to awesome battery life.

It's presumably because it's using a software version that Quadrant doesn't yet fully support. This has happened in the past with Android OS updates. I wouldn't put any stock in Quadrant; it's not a very good indicator of actual device performance.

Google Now gave me some significant battery drain for the first day, but after that it simmered down and now I get great battery life. I always have everything turned on except for WiFi.

I've gotten a few scratches on the plastic border, and I'm fairly ginger with my phones. It really is such a premium feeling handset apart from that plastic border; they ought to have gone with a soft touch metal instead (like on the back of the OG Droid).

Having used Touchwiz and stock Gingerbread, as well (as well as CM GB and several others), I agree completely. I never thought I would say this, but Blur is better than stock. Hell has frozen over.
