There is a program that works for rebooting if you have root. The shutdown option does not work. TV Boot. I'm rooted and staying on 5.0, so this app comes in handy for rebooting.

NOTE: Google Chrome browser does not support FLASH. I use Dolphin when I wish to view FLASH. It will have a window with an arrow in it stating that a plug-in is needed. However, when I click on the arrow, it autostarts the FLASH video.
