It works! If anybody runs into the same problem - here is my workaround: Retried everything, wiped all, installed vendor.img in vendor partition and installed rom.zip [again]. Then i flashed the boot.img to the boot partition. After flashing the Gapps, everything worked great. I don't know why...

Sadly i got stuck at the "Samsung" boot screen. I just flashed the CSI5-vendor.img, i tried without flashing Gapps - same result. Anyone some ideas?

Everything works like a charm! No lags, no FCs.. Only Fingerprint isn't working for me. It ends the process all of a sudden. There is this screen that tolds you about your fingerprintscanner on the back of your device and by clicking next it says, the setup can't complete. Very confusing. Ah...

This came too late for me. :angel: File System is kinda corrupt, bootloop on anything with TW, cm can't be installed and AiCP doesn't install the right way.. Only FCs on bootup. Does anyone have an idea if this can be fixed without official firmware via Odin?
