I have never used Titanium but try to check this, maybe it helps. Go to Settings\Personal\Buttons on "Program Buttons" tab check what is assigned for EndKey and also check setting on "Long Press End Key" tab .

Try to export this from registry and put it to XDA_UC folder On home screen Menu->Edit Home Layout-> Level1 Main..., now tap and hold on thing you want to remove and wait until menu is raised, then click remove or whatever you want to do with it.

According to NRG it is not issue of ROM but issue of Manila (sense). On twitter he also mentioned that he made some cab in past to fix it link. So we have to search through nrg threads to find this file and maybe it solves this issue.

You have to install new version of quick shutdown. Booth roms oct 20 and nov 3 got same old broken version. Reason why it was ok with nov 3 rom for a while was because it works fine until you changes your regional setting.

I didn't have any problems with winter time change, everything worked fine for me. I think my phone gets time from network provider or maybe through actsync (dont know), because my internet time synchronization from internet is disabled. But on twitter NRGZ28 says that its known HTC sense bug...

I've got same problem with CHT 2.0 In my case it was caused by Tasks widget on home screen. When my tasks was empty, or all tasks were marked as completed this widget kept crashing whole sense. I resolved it by adding new incompleted task into Tasks. Or you should simply remove that widget...

Try to delete Aplication data folder on your SD card. This should help.

Rename folder "Storage" to "SD" and then it will work as you mentioned.
