Maybe it's because I haven't had my coffee yet, but is there a US 7.0 file on that site? I can only find the 6.0 version. I'm on Rodgers nougat rom I flashed a couple weeks ago and I'd like to get on the US version since I've been having apn issues

Just to confirm, will the US991 will get 4g on both verizon and gsm carriers? I have to switch my vzw sim back to a micro sim before I can try. I'm also going to switch to an mvno in a couple of months, just want to make sure it'll work.

Maybe try it on another pc, I went though the setup on another computer, went back after it failed and it worked for me. Someone also make a version bundled with a java installer, you might want to try that.

I found that freezing SDM with Titanium Backup works well. Checking for a software update crashed settings so I guess it works.

cwm boots fine, restore and backup work. I haven't tried to downgrade the boot loader though

I don't specificity know what's wrong, but I would just factory reset it, and try to root it again if you want to.

As of now, you can't get a clean ICS or JB (as in all holo no touchwiz) install. You can root and remove all the garbage you want with something like titanium backup though.

Plugged into another PC, its showing up as qhsusb_dload in the driver me installer (which failed) but I'm not seeing anything in Odin. Drivers? also, maybe a usb jig? I dont know if i should rma this thing, if verizon sees that its rooted theyre going to charge me the $500 for the phone

I restored my phone, rooted it again, flashed the recovery for 4.1.2, then I shut down the phone normally, and unplugged the cable (I had no problems with this, I just had to cd a couple of times to get the right folder...

I thought we used the recovery for the relay 4g? As for the differences, radios maybe? I'm inexperienced so I cant offer much there
