Already tried that and no luck, in fact, it's running Stock ICS restored with SEUS. Don't know what else to do :S In the post I clearly state that it works great on 2G, but edge networks here are choppier than a 30 year old engine, so I would certainly like 3G at least.

I updated with SEUS, and put custom ROMs, changed kernels, basebands, everything. The bootloader is unlocked also. :S Haha, don't worry. I checked that over a million times, and also used a SIM card of a carrier that has great HSPA+ signal in this area so I don't think that's the problem...
