The weird thing is it's only happening sometimes, not everytime. It's like the voice goes off when I bring the phone to my ear. It's not happening everytime so I can't figure out the reason.

Hey guys, I cannot wipe data/factory reset in CWM recovery. When i click on wipe data/factory reset there are 5 ''no'' options only. Every one of them sends me back to the main menu. I cannot flash the rom, it requires me to wipe the data. How can i solve this? I really dont want to screw this...
