Speculation on public release I believe, because in the past, Note phones get the updates from ATT at about the same time as the Active phones, and Samsung just announced that ALL S8s and Note 8s will receive Oreo in the coming 3 weeks, our phones will get the update in that timeframe as well...

Nope, sorry the Sprint one is the G892U but the AT&T one is the G892A they are different variants so it won't work. But I don't know if there are Sprint ones out there, might have to do a bit of digging to find it if it exists. Try searching the forums, something might turn up.

will it wipe my data if im using this to update from ARB1 to BRC5 or will i have to do the bypass thing?

currently on arb1 and i dont really want to flash back to ara1 but the arb1 to brc4 link works for me so im going to go that route, also, since the regular s8 received oreo will brc4 still receive OTAs from ATT Thanks
