Finally after research found the what we need to check before purchasing any type-c converter for M40. If anyone want to know which to buy then ping me.

No, there is no official converter from Samsung. I bought almost 4 different converters from 4 different sellers on Amazon but none of them worked. Each company has their own codec. For M40 Samsung using some 3rd party codec. I guess Oneplus 7/7Pro own the same codec so you can buy one of those...

I reported the issue to Samsung 1 month ago. Voila! Samsung resolved the issue with August update.

Even i am also observing the same. One more issue i observed is if you plugging the earphones then your phone UI is bit laggy.

Found the solution for this. M40 has different codec. Now successfully able to use converter.

Bought type-c to 3.5 mm converter multiple times. But none of them worked. Seems issues with software.

Are you going to merge VoLTE?

Better if you flash stock rom 7.1.1 first then come to 8.x. I am guessing you have already used other custom roms. So, flash stock ones. Definitely it resolves your issues. Make sure that you are using twrp given by dev.

Yes, its having only one bug that is recording from default camera. Anyhow you can bypass this by using Footez. :p Apart from this no bug. ;)

This ROM built on thunder kernel only. No need to flash the thunder kernel again. :p

Try to re-flash by skipping Bootloader commands only. (Check if this work). As per my understanding, if bootloader is locked then, only signed image can be flash. For that you need to go to Moto Center. They hardly charge Rs. 500 for software glitch. (In India):)
