Most likely where it went wrong. Personally, I'd use the RUU to make sure you didn't forget anything since its an all in one and is specific to every carrier. But to relock it either use the M8 All in One Toolkit or "fastboot oem lock" it yourself

So did you flash 20.3 without updating to the proper firmware version? Or did you try flashing to a proper twrp recovery of your carrier? Also, did you relock your boot loader after flashing stock recovery? Sent from my HTC One_M8 using XDA Free mobile app
