Thanks for your help.. But I tried this before but unfortunately it was not working for me. 1st it shows cable connection error and when I fix the connection issue it shows to use correct Rom. Anyway I will try one more time.

I do nothing. I purchased used phone and got it in this condition. Everything thing is working fine except the updates. It is stocked in Android 4.4.2. I tried to update some RUU but it failed.
