I think you can run RUU only from pc, might be wrong tho as I've run only 1 RUU in my life Have you tried restoring a backup of your current rom? If you don't have one you can also try one from here (read instruction tho, as you need to same cid as your phone) Can you use the phone at all...

So you want to restore only the stock recovery and not the full rom? Why can't the custom recovery you have now be opened? What have you flashed on your phone, why is it buggy? What rom do you have etc.. Does your phone work? Like can you use it?

I think its easier and with more luck to get an s8 and hope for aosp (us model), exynos model is probably gonna get aosp anyway

Have u tried flashing from internal storage instead of external, maybe your sd card is the problem? You probably should run RUU, and start from the beginning. I'd try with internal storage first and if that doesn't work, then run RUU and start again.

Im assuming you have formatted the system partition and the phone doesn't boot. Have u tried flashing another rom? As mentioned above by xunholyx your best bet is running a RUU. Your title says that u cannot flash any rom, but your post only mentions about flashing resurrection remix, so trying...
