ho to install Gapps? and how to dowgrade to 5.0 android with an italian version with google play store ect. because the phone lang is chinese ? i'm italian sorry i'm new in these things plz guide me- diminisher

I need help i installed the version b335 but i want to dowgrade at 5.0 android can someone help me? i had an italian version (i'm italian) plz i can't use my phone because google apps and account aren't in there i don't know what to do ;(- diminisher
