I wouldn't just buy a $150+ headset at all right now. I'd suggest to give Google Cardboard a shot. It's a great entry level 'VR Headset'. Also, using a bluetooth keyboard/mouse makes navigation easy no matter which headset you have.

Yea, they don't seem to work (on Lollipop). I have all settings enabled, tried everything, and nothing works. Well, except for the non-root quick glance workaround, but everything else doesn't work. Also tried it in different applications, nothing.

Where did you buy it? The recovery and download menu's should be in English. Try the application that 1980aksoy recommended and tell us what the result is.

My note was also pretty warm after the update, however, after a while, it cooled down and seems fine now. I turned it off for a couple of minutes until it was cooler and then turned it back on, now it seems fine.

You don't :p It might be possible that someone will make a port or whatever, but I highly recommend to stay away from ported roms, just to be safe. If it's coming for the N910F, it won't take long for the N910T

Sorry for this question, but after everything I've done with my tablet and note 2, I want to be absolutely sure. If I install this with Odin, is it exactly the same as a OTA update? No problems with Knox, the flash counter or whatever? Will I still be able to receive OTA's from Samsung self?

In that case, you can't do anything with it. Without a working USB port, you can't do a lot with it.

What are the changes made? Does it add anything new that Glass couldn't do before, does it re-add non-glass input (OTG USB - Bluetooth input)? Basically, what are the advantages of using this?

When you say 'I got my kit from google." Do you mean the explorer's program, or did you buy it for the full price? You can't update/flash from XE13, since the USB port is broken. Neither can you set up ADB over TCPIP. OTA's are unavailable too, since XE13 is not allowed to receive OTA's.

This is a Home Trial device. Google breaks the USB ports, so they can't be charged. The XE13 software is a slightly updated version of XE12. Did you buy it from Google, or from someone on ebay or such?

You can't update glass to XE16 or XE17 with only flashing the rom. These updates also give a kernel upgrade. If you let Glass install XE16 or XE17 itself, it will also update the kernel. When the kernel is updated, it isn't possible to go back to firmwares before XE16. I suggest to contact...

You can just sideload the netflix apk to glass, works just as fine. Netflix and emulators are the main applications I use on my Glass. Gotta love playing pokemon with a bluetooth keyboard on glass

You can actually run netflix on Glass itself. If you install applications using ADB you can run nearly every native android app. I had netflix, a gameboy color emulator and alot of other applications on the glass itself.
