totally bummed. my Mate 10 Pro screen just went crazy. It now has a bright green line all across the very bottom of the screen. And the whole screen now has a faint "screen door" effect going on. just enough to be irritating. I doubt I can live with it, but I loved this phone.

i bought a used phone on ebay. It says its on build BLA-L29 8.0.0.137(C605) with July 2018 security update. It says its up to date when I try to update it.

does seem to be a proximity sensor problem on this phone. i see the option to calibrate it, but not turn it on or off. calibration fails every time edit: proximity sensor seems to be working now. calibration said it failed but after reboot, it does seem to be working correctly.

I am pretty happy with mine but you can't install updates without flashing the stock rom. I got a killer deal on the phone, but I would probably suggest that someone just buy the non-prime version.
