FDE Does full disk encryption work with this rom?

Anybody try this and get encryption to work?

Has anybody been able to get Android Pay to work with any rom version but rooted (also possibly with xposed) on XA? I've tried a few times (factory re-install from flashtool, flash rootable boot, root, reflash old boot, etc) but nothing has seemed to work; any advice is greatly appreciated!

What are some system apps that are safe to completely remove? What is the bare minimum? Have you been able to reach either of these? I'm just not sure what to remove and what to keep - like "Xperia Configurator" or even "Xperia Services".

It mostly works on Xperia XA. Only thing that doesn't work is turning on Data connection. Pretty cool though!

TWRP recovery for XA single sim is missing. Not sure if dual sim would work but I'll try it out and see.

No solution just yet for me even updated to Nougat 7.0 update through flashtool. I think I'll just break down and send it in to Sony soon but I'm exploring other options before I do that.

Strange problem. I'm on 33.2.A.4.70 (F3113) and I'm able to flash supersu.zip normally, mount /system as rw but, for some reason, I'm only able to do certain things as root (su). Firewall (AFWall+) works, AdAway doesn't. I'm not able to mount /system as rw while booted into the OS. Using...

JUST IN CASE ANYBODY HAS THE SAME PROBLEMS AS ME, there has been an update to the boot.img for 33.2.A.4.70. I was using the one for the previous version and that's why I was getting bootloops with it. For XA single sim = F3111, F3113, F3115...

So when I update to 33.2.A.4.70 and then I fastboot flash both the boot.img and the recovery.img (for root since flashtool resets it when installing), I get a bootloop. Is there an updated version of either of those or is it just me?

For some reason, it checks out fine. It just acts weird like in the op only at the lock screen.

I don't use any protectors at all. And, for some reason, there isn't a "diagnostics" under "about phone" in the settings. The battery drain is weird because it can drain really quickly (with verrrrrry little use, literally just turning it on every hour to check the time).

Does anybody else have the problem with being unable to access the internet on "4G" (not LTE)? I can on 3G, H+, and on 4G LTE but not 4G. Maybe it's my location but I don't really know and cannot test it

So would it be possible to replace this phone's camera with another's camera? I have an extra phone lying about (Xperia ZL) and the camera on that one is far better.

Has anybody been able to find a way, or an Xposed module, to/that adds in a permanent menu (and search) button to the navigation bar? Gravitybox doesn't seem to want to do anything to the nav other than shrink it (which I like).
