My repacked MIUIPRO is based on latest MIUIPRO 9 official weekly release (8.5.17) available, I recommend it for now as it seems more stable than MIUI 10, but if you love MIUI 10 UI, you can go on.

You are using Russian build? If yes, use a root explorer and go to /data/Miui/ and search for cust_variant file, edit and replace "ru" by "en" then reboot and choose Indian region, should work
