That's something Mahdi or someone more experienced than me will have to answer. Typically most devs ask for a logcat so that would be a start. Start logging just before enabling teathering, switch off maybe 1 minute after you try and connect to the phone.

I have it set to double-tap the lock screen slider to turn on the torch. Works great. Customization -> Lock Screen -> Slider torch.

Not seeing that with my I337M. Came from Sonic rom, used TWRP, reset to factory, installed Mahdi, installed gapps, no problem. All sounds work as expected. See if a factory reset and a re-install does anything for you.

Not seeing that myself but I was getting all sorts of screen flickering with hover turned on, specifically at the lock screen. Turning hover off addressed that. Does it tell you which process or is it always different?

I checked and the only setting I found in wanam exposed which talks about the notification panel is "Collapse panel after toggle" but that doesn't do what we're talking about. That affects the toggles like WiFi, not the notifications like new email received, etc. Is there a wanam exposed...

Baseband says I337MVLUAMG1. Mean anything to you? I checked around an found a forum on XDA which shows the I337M Canadian as using a modem called "modem_CWM_I337MUMUAMDJ". Seems different than what I have. Think flashing it over what I have here will help?

Problem solved. It was the framework. For some reason the framework itself was not completely installed. I updated it, rebooted, and everything works. Thanks for the help.
