is there a rom that will make a s4 have and look like a s5?

every time i plug my s4 into my computer it keeps restarting. WTF.how do i fix this.

hey ive gotten my s4 rooted and just the other day i noticed that sometimes it wont call out in a area that i know has signal cause i go there alot. i have to reset the phone to make the call. its on 4.4.2. i havent done anything to it after it was rooted.

hey im on 4.4.2 MF3 galaxy s4 which is rooted, should i update to kitkat 4.4.2? and if so can i root it. ive read the forums and i cant find a definate answer to that question. thanks.
