You need to reset everything from recovery then turn off the device and go directly into download mode and then reflash stock in Odin. Do this two or three times until the the system status changes from custom to normal. Then ota will work again.

That one is the international rom. I found that had trouble and lag on my device vs a tmobile or Canadian version. I'm hoping for the full Canadian rooted base for w8 with bootloader and modem update included.

I haven't experienced any random reboots. I'm on the same rom with xposed, status bar mod, wanam mod etc one thing i did do was update to the latest adam's kernel. Maybe that might fix your random reboot.
