I had it too the solution is to clear the data of the app in the manage applications settings

Apparently the fix is to set your APN with a working rom (stock), then back it up with APN Backup & Restore. After you flash build 8, you use APN to restore your previously backed up APN settings.

Got it, seems like it's just a work around not a fix. But oh well it'll do for now

I can't seem to add an APN everytime I try it crashes and says "The application Settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly, blah blah blah" any ideas?
